Ocean Medallion

Guests carry their Ocean Medallion that holds their supplied preferences and communicates with readers onboard as well as in select ports. It provides our crew with information about each guest to help them provide better service. (For example, they’d know food & drink preferences, or suggest excursions that appeal to specific interests.) That’s in addition to using Ocean Medallion for payments, unlocking stateroom doors, speeding up embarkation and much more.


Ocean Compass

Guests should think of Ocean Compass as a personal concierge, a guide that they can access everywhere – on touchscreens throughout the ship, stateroom TVs,  their own mobile devices and through the crew. Ocean Compass uses their supplied preferences to provide just what they need at each moment, like suggestions for activities and directions to them, along with invitations and reservations for the future. It orients them to what’s available, while allowing them to have an even more personalized experience. Ocean Compass saves time so guests don’t have to wait in line and can enjoy more of their precious vacation time.


Using Ocean Compass is not mandatory to have an amazing vacation. But the more a guest engages with it, the more they’ll see the exciting opportunities available on their vacation.
